Roll It Up
Service terms

Terms of Use

Effective July 23, 2026

These terms govern access to CB OS and Roll It Up, operated by Collateral Base, LLC. By using the service or connecting an account, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you are authorized to represent.

Authorized business use

You may use the service only for lawful business operations and only for organizations, stores, and third-party accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for the actions of users you authorize.

Turn & Pay and QuickBooks

Turn & Pay is a planning, review, and recordkeeping tool. It can read approved QuickBooks company information, bank-ledger accounts, and financial reports, and it can record an owner's payment decision inside CB OS. It does not initiate, transmit, or settle a payment and does not write accounting transactions to QuickBooks. Disconnect requests revoke the QuickBooks authorization.

Owner review is required

Balances, freshness indicators, forecasts, invoice extraction, and recommendations may be incomplete, delayed, or affected by source-system errors. You must verify payment instructions, current bank availability, tax obligations, invoice authenticity, amount, due date, and payee before moving money or recording a transaction elsewhere.

No professional advice

The service provides operational information, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or banking advice. Consult qualified professionals for decisions requiring that advice.

Third-party services

QuickBooks Online, Dutchie, Vercel, Supabase, banks, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or errors in a third-party service.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to protect the service, comply with law, or improve operations. We may terminate or restrict access for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violation of these terms.

Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Collateral Base, LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any direct liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
