Roll It UpAI Connector
Roll It Up AI Connector for Dutchie

Your Dutchie already knows. Now you can ask it.

The AI Connector gives your Claude or ChatGPT a live, read-only line into your own store's Dutchie data — sales, top sellers, inventory, days of supply, active specials. Plain English in. Straight answers out. Owner-controlled, and set up with you.

It's also Step 1 of a bigger system. The $200 review is credited toward setup. No Dutchie credential is collected on a public form.

Live-store provenThe connector has answered real operating questions against an active Dutchie dispensary.
Read-only by designNo price publishing, catalog edits, customer records, or destructive tools.

Six capabilities, one guarantee

Start with the questions that cost operators time every week.

You already pay for Claude or ChatGPT, or you're about to — that subscription is yours, billed to you directly, and we don't resell or mark it up. The $199/mo connector is the wire between that AI and your own Dutchie data: it hands over sales, inventory, and promo facts, bounded and read-only, so the AI you're already talking to can answer instead of guess.

Read any period

Sales for any stretch you name — gross, net, and the tax you're holding — plus Dutchie's own count of new faces versus regulars. Ask for the last three weeks side by side and you'll know whether the month's on pace while there's still time to do something about it.

Find what moves

Every product ranked by dollars or by units, net of discounts and voids. Dollars shows you what pays the rent; units shows you what gets people in the door. High on one list and missing from the other is a pricing move waiting to happen.

See what is tied up

On-hand units and retail dollars by category, live. Your shelf is cash in costume — check what's already parked in a category before you sign the next vendor order.

Separate flying from dead

What's about to sell out, and what's been sitting past sixty days — worst first. Catch the dead stock while a small markdown still fixes it, instead of finding it at fire-sale time.

Know what is discounted

The promotions actually live on the menu right now, read straight from Dutchie — not from memory of what someone meant to turn off. Check it before you launch Friday's deal, so two promos don't quietly stack into a discount you never meant to give.

Real numbers or no numbers

Every answer comes live from your own Dutchie — nothing cached, nothing invented. Ask “what store are you reading?” any time and it names your store; if the line's down, it says so instead of faking an answer, the way a bare chatbot would. Open a second location and each store gets its own connector, so you never wonder whose numbers you're looking at.

The operator prompt pack

You don't learn a new tool. You just ask.

No syntax, no dashboard, no menu of buttons. You type a question the way you'd ask your best manager, and it answers like it actually knows your store — because it's looking at your store. Here's what that sounds like in five real situations.

Forecast the month

It's the 10th. You're doing the math in your head on whether this month makes rent.

“Pull the last three weeks and tell me where this month's headed if the pace holds.”

It's not running a forecasting model — it's pulling three real weeks of your own numbers and doing the projection out loud, right there in the answer. Three real weeks beat a gut feeling every time.

Flying vs. dead

Your buyer swears the vape wall is "doing fine." You want proof, not a vibe.

“What's outselling everything else, and what's just sitting there taking up space?”

One question, both lists back: what's actually earning its shelf space, and what's been quietly dying back there — sorted worst-first, by name. "Doing fine" isn't an answer anymore.

Powered by: Find what moves + Separate flying from dead

Watch margin risk

Half your best sellers are also on a special right now. Smart, or just habit?

“Which of my best sellers are running under my biggest specials right now?”

This isn't a margin calculator — real gross-margin math is Step 2, coming later. This is what Step 1 already gives you: whether the deals you're running are landing on the stuff that can least afford to be discounted.

Powered by: Know what is discounted + Find what moves

Dream up the next special

It's Thursday, the weekend needs a hook, and you've got nothing.

“We need a new special this week — what should it feature?”

It already knows what's live so it won't repeat itself, and it already knows what's overstocked. Instead of a blank page, you get two or three real options built off your own shelf.

Powered by: Know what is discounted + Separate flying from dead

The catch-all

You don't even know what to ask. You just want someone to look.

“Just look at my data and tell me what stands out this week.”

It decides for itself which of the six reads to pull and follows the thread on its own. This is the one that replaces the Monday report entirely.

Powered by: all six

That's the starter pack. Real setup tunes it to your store's categories, your vendors, and the questions you actually ask — not a generic list.

Why it pays

It saves money. Then it makes money.

Same six tools, two directions of payoff. Every question below works on the connector you can buy today.

Keep more

Money it stops you losing.

  • Catch it before it's a markdown. It flags what's aging while it can still sell at full price — not after it hits the clearance shelf.
  • Stop burying cash in the vault room. It shows on-hand value by category, so the next buy follows the turn, not the habit.
  • Get your hours back. The report you used to pull becomes a question you just ask — every single week.
Make more

Money it helps you find.

  • Never run dark on a best seller. It flags a fast mover before it stocks out — a stockout there costs a week of sales.
  • Push what's actually working. Ask what's on special today at the morning huddle and read the real list out loud. A special your staff mentions is a promotion; one nobody mentions is just a discount.
  • Walk into vendor meetings armed. It shows which brands are earning their shelf space before the rep tells you.
  • Know who's actually coming back. It includes Dutchie's own new-vs-returning customer count for any window — a true unique-person number, day one, no guessing.

To be clear about what this is: the connector doesn't place the order, change the price, or run the special. It's read-only — it can't touch your POS. Its job is to make sure you see the money in time to go get it. Acting on it is still your job. (Until Step 3 of the staircase below. Then it's ours.)

The deeper money-finders — margin analysis, discount-leakage detection, a next-special engine — are Step 2, in development now. See the ladder ↓

The pricing ladder

Start at $199 a month. Step up when the data pays for it.

This isn't a one-product pitch. It's a path. Every store starts on the same step, and no step is a dead end. Answers, then analysis, then action.

The AI Connector

Ask your store anything.

$199/mo per store

+ $800 one-time setup — your $200 review credits toward it.

  • All six tools, live — sales, top sellers, inventory, days-of-supply, and specials, answered in plain English instead of pulled by hand.
  • Runs inside Claude or ChatGPT you already pay for — no new app to learn, no extra AI subscription sold here.
  • We handle the credential, not you — supervised setup, nothing typed into a public form, ever.
  • Full skills library + course materials — not just a starter list, ongoing access to every prompt and lesson we build.
  • Consulting sessions on request — no standing monthly call to schedule around, ask when you actually need it.

The Analyst

Find the money leaks.

$995–1,250/mo per store

Planned pricing — not for sale yet.

  • Margin analysis — realized gross margin by SKU, not the sticker number.
  • Discount-leakage detection — which active special is actually eating your margin.
  • Vendor & license concentration tracking — stay under the 40% cap without doing the math by hand.
  • Basket & customer-behavior analytics — who's coming back, and when they lapse.

Ships to existing Step 1 stores first.

Live now — done for you Step 3 — Action

Managed by Roll It Up

We run it with you.

$1,950/mo per store

A separate engagement, delivered with Tom's team — not a self-serve upgrade.

  • Daily pricing brief — a market read on your shelf every morning, no spreadsheet required.
  • Inventory & vendor management — someone else watching the buy so cash stops sitting in the vault room.
  • Turn & Pay AP automation — bills get paid on cash you've actually turned, not on a guess.
  • KPI scoreboard — the numbers that matter, in one place, kept current for you.

Why $199/mo and $800 to start

Here's exactly what that pays for.

Not a black box. Three real costs, and one thing we deliberately don't charge you for.

A dedicated hosted connector

One isolated instance per store, always on, talking to Dutchie on your behalf. Your Dutchie credential lives there and nowhere else — not in Claude, not in ChatGPT, not on a form. We keep it patched and current as Dutchie's own API changes underneath it.

Supervised setup, done with you

The $800 covers a real person walking your credential into the connector, wiring it to the specific Claude or ChatGPT workspace your team already uses, and proving it against your real store before anyone relies on it — not a self-serve signup form.

What we don't charge for

Your Claude or ChatGPT plan. That subscription is between you and Anthropic or OpenAI — we don't resell it, mark it up, or bundle its cost into this price. Don't have one yet? The $200 review covers what to pick.

The math — and what we won't claim

$199/mo is about $6.60 a day. Here's the honest case.

The connector reads sales, inventory, and specials. It cannot see what anything cost you — so you will not hear a profit promise from us. Here's what we can show instead.

A hypothetical, not a promise

Picture a small single-location store's first report: it could easily turn up dozens of products that haven't sold in 60-plus days, together worth a real chunk of what's sitting on the shelf — sometimes a third, sometimes more. Every store's assortment is different, and yours could look nothing like that. The report would show your own number, not this one.

Pick any one, if it happens

If it saves your manager even two hours a week not building spreadsheets by hand, that could run roughly $200/mo at a typical loaded wage — most of the way there on its own. If it helps you catch a couple of slow movers early enough to take a smaller markdown instead of an eventual fire-sale price, that alone could cover the rest most months. None of this is guaranteed. It depends on what's actually on your shelf and whether you act on what it shows you.

What we won't promise

No revenue number, no margin percentage, no "pays for itself in X weeks." We don't have your cost data, and we don't have enough customers yet to have measured a real before-and-after. Any specific dollar figure this early would be a guess wearing a suit — we'd rather say that plainly than sell you one.

Where the upside could live, if you act on it: which of your specials might be moving product versus just giving away margin, what to reorder before it risks stocking out, and what to walk into a vendor meeting already knowing. Those are questions the connector can help answer today — not dollar figures we're willing to print yet.

How access works

Credentials come after the conversation, not through a public form.

Review the use case

Bring the questions you want answered, your store count, and whether your team uses Claude or ChatGPT.

Connect securely

After agreement and payment, we provision one dedicated hosted connector and enter the Dutchie credential in a supervised setup.

Prove first value

We verify store identity, inventory, and one sales question before your team relies on the connection.

Clear boundaries

Useful enough to operate. Narrow enough to trust.

Included now

  • Read-only aggregate and product-level Dutchie facts
  • Claude custom connector setup
  • Supported ChatGPT workspace setup after a plan/admin check
  • Connector maintenance and standard tool updates

Not included

  • Price publishing or Dutchie write access
  • Customer records or raw customer transactions
  • Custom tools, parsers, or bespoke analytics
  • The full Roll It Up operating system — that's the Managed tier, see the ladder
Do I need to pay for Claude or ChatGPT on top of this?

Yes. This connector is the data pipe, not the AI subscription. You bring an existing Claude or a supported ChatGPT workspace plan (or start one during onboarding) — we don't resell, mark up, or include that cost in the $199/mo.

Does AI receive my Dutchie password?

No. The Dutchie integrator credential stays in the hosted connector. Your AI platform receives tool results, not the credential.

Can it change prices or products?

No. This offer exposes read-only tools only. Write actions are physically outside this connector.

What happens if we need deeper analysis?

That's the ladder: Step 2 (deeper analysis) is in development and reaches Step 1 stores first; Step 3 (Managed, $1,950/mo) is live today if you'd rather have Tom's team run pricing, inventory, and vendor management directly.

Can I buy the Step 2 analysis tier today?

No. It's specced and in development. Step 1 stores get it first, and the waitlist is the queue. Nothing on this page is sold before it exists.
